CONGRESSIONAL BEAN SOUP IN A CROCKPOT

1 lb Small white beans
8 c Water
2 c Ham, diced
1 c Onion, diced
1 c Celery, chopped
2 tb Parsley, chopped
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Bay leaf
Assemble ingredients in Slow Cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-10
hours or until beans are tender.
