- 4 pound lean ground beef
- 4 very large eggs
- 1 extra large onion, chopped
- 1 3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Herbamare or regular salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Topping
- 1 jar chili suce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mustard
Mix together first group really well. Spread meat mixture into large 14 x 9 pan. Mix topping together. Spread topping on top meatloaf.
Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done
